    I recently visited this store for a display replacement on my S21 FE due to the green line issue. They only charged a service fee for the change. Other shops mentioned a delay of around 3-4 weeks, but this store promised a maximum of 2 weeks, so I submitted my phone. Surprisingly, I received my phone back the very next day. The staff were very professional, and the work was excellent.

    I had an issue with my S23+ mobile and approached them for help. They promptly identified the issue and advised me screen change and would take 2 to 3 days for that job. I had urgency as I had to go out of Kerala next day. Mr Aby was so helpful and considerate that he managed the necessary approvals and item for me and changed the mobile screen by evening the same day with basic service charges only. The mobile is working perfect thereafter. Excellent customer service, professionalism and support . One of the best customer service team I have come across.
