An Absolutely Exceptional Experience at Samsung Smart Café, Ambattur! I would like to write this review, of our recent experience at the Samsung Smart Café in Ambattur, it truly deserves every praise. My father’s Samsung Galaxy S21 FE suddenly developed five vertical green lines on the display, making it very difficult for him to use. Naturally, we decided it was time to buy a new phone. Although there are a few mobile stores near our home, our past experiences with them weren’t great — so we decided to visit the Samsung Smart Café, Ambattur instead. From the moment we stepped in on the evening of 10th October 2025, at the Samsung Smart Cafe in Ambattur, we were greeted warmly by Mr. Padmanabhan, the Store Manager, who patiently showed us several models and helped us understand our options. We eventually decided on the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, but what truly impressed us was what happened next. When Mr. Padmanabhan casually asked about my father’s old phone, we showed him the one with the green lines. Instead of simply completing the sale, he examined the phone carefully and suggested that we first visit a Samsung Service Centre with the invoice, as the phone was still within 3 years of purchase and the screen replacement might be covered free of charge. We were honestly taken aback — it’s rare to meet someone in retail these days who prioritizes honesty and customer care over making a sale. His sincerity and integrity truly stood out. Following his advice, we collected the old invoice and decided to get the S21 FE serviced. At the same time, my father went ahead and purchased the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE from the same store, planning to use his old phone, once serviced, as his secondary phone. Both Mr. Padmanabhan and Mr. Rafi who also helped us, both went above and beyond to ensure our experience was smooth, pleasant, and completely hassle-free. The level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care they showed left a lasting impression on us. We walked out not just with a new phone, but with complete trust and respect for this store and its amazing team. From now on, this will be the only place we’ll ever buy any Samsung mobiles, tablets, or watches from.
